Email Integration
Overview
Firm Chambers sends transactional emails for account verification, password resets, invoice delivery, case updates, and client portal notifications. Emails are sent via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for reliable delivery.
What Emails Are Sent
- Account emails: Verification, password reset, MFA recovery.
- Client notifications: Portal invitations, document sharing, case milestone updates.
- Billing emails: Invoice delivery, payment confirmations, overdue reminders.
- Team notifications: Case assignments, deadline reminders, system alerts.
Customising the Sender
Your firm's email sender name and address are configured in Settings > Firm Details. All outgoing emails use this sender identity so clients see your firm name in their inbox.
Managing Notification Preferences
Each user can manage their notification preferences from their profile settings. Options include enabling or disabling specific notification types and choosing between immediate and digest delivery.
Tips
- Ensure your firm's domain has proper SPF and DKIM records to avoid emails landing in spam.
- Test email delivery by inviting a test client and verifying they receive the portal invitation.
- The platform sends from support@firmchambers.com by default, but this can be customised per tenant.
