Usage Dashboard
Overview
The usage dashboard gives firm admins visibility into how the platform is being used across the practice. Access it from Settings > Usage.
Key Metrics
- Active users: How many team members are actively using the platform.
- Storage used: Total document storage consumed versus your plan allowance.
- AI assists used: Monthly AI assist usage versus your plan limit.
- Cases and clients: Total active cases and client records.
Storage Management
If you are approaching your storage limit, consider archiving completed cases. Archived cases remain accessible but their documents can be moved to long-term storage.
Usage Alerts
Set up alerts to notify you when storage or AI assist usage reaches 80% and 95% of your plan limit. This gives you time to upgrade or manage usage before hitting the cap.
Exporting Reports
Export usage data as a CSV file for internal reporting or compliance purposes. Reports can be filtered by date range, user, and metric type.
